For purchases by check, orders will be held and shipped after check clears. Net 30 terms are available to pre-approved customers only. To apply for Net 30 terms, please call us for a credit application. Returns: There is a 20% restocking charge for the return of items. Custom and special order items are not returnable. Special Orders: If you don't see the item you need, please call. We can special order a wide range of router bits. Orders for special tools, non-catalog or modified tools are accepted on a no-cancellation basis and tools are not returnable. Shipping: All shipping via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.
